Responsibilities and Duties
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.

• Should be creative and involved in the office creative team to help with project undergoing.
• Should maintain day-to-day work records of the office
• Should make calls to generate leads and also attend to clients visiting the office Qualifications and Skills

• Good Communication and Good Convincing skills
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)

THE FDP (Faculty Development Program)
HAYAT every year trains people who are having a passion to teach but somehow want to develop themselves to the highest level of an IIT-JEE/NEET faculty. We develop them through a Three months Program at HAYAT ROORKEE. The program consists of
- Way to improve the delivery of classroom lectures.
- Learning from the recorded video lectures of SR Faculties.
- Regular content test and its analysis by senior trainers.
Benefits:
- Develop yourself to the level of an IIT-JEE/NEET faculty.
- During FDP, the trainees will get perks as decided during the interview held before the induction to the FDP.
- After the successful completion of the FDP, the trainees will be absorbed by HAYAT as an IIT-JEE/NEET faculty at its various centers all across the nation.
- Get calibrated on methodologies used for national-level student orientation programs.
- Chance to mentor All India Toppers.

Freshers, school teachers & individuals from academic backgrounds who are currently working with and outside HAYAT are eligible to apply for this program.

Selection Process:
- 1st Sunday of every month, there will be an Ofline demonstration test conducted which can be attended by the applicant.
- The demo test will comprise of questionnaire equitant to NCERT Level of 11th & 12th of your respective chosen topic.
- Applicants can choose any of the Combinations with respect to their subject from the below table (Annexure 1) for the Content Test.
After Training:
Your placement at any of our centers is dependent upon your performance in training with a salary range
Senior: 30000 to 45000 (Per Month)
PFD: 20,000 to 30,000 (Per Month)
